New Publication - ABLV Charitable Foundation 2014 Annual Report

May 31, 2015

The ABLV Charitable Foundation has already been in operation for eight years. Its prudent and thorough work has made it one of the biggest and, in our opinion, most effective foundations whose name is widely known throughout Latvian society.

The Foundation began its operations with small projects of various types, but can now boast eight broad-scale charitable programmes in four fields: Contemporary Art, Children and Families, Education and the Urban Environment.

The Foundation’s operations are continually increasing in scale. It currently estimates that its activities directly involve almost 300,000 and indirectly engage about 750,000 inhabitants throughout Latvia.

To reflect the Foundation’s operations, it was decided to collate its activities in 2014 in one large publication, i.e. an annual report. The Foundation’s first annual report is both illustrative and memorable. Articles and interviews are accompanied by bright photographs, as well as visualizations and info graphics. The report has been prepared in the ABLV Charitable Foundation’s corporate style and the majority of its content is taken up by its so-called “lyrical” section, which concludes with the financial report and an expression of gratitude to all the Foundation’s supporters and donors.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that we have opened an account for donations by those wishing to remain anonymous or who do not wish to be credited as donors in public materials initiated by the ABLV Charitable Foundation. More detailed information is available in the “Requisites” section of the Foundation’s homepage, as well as separately in the overview of each programme to which you wish to make a donation.

If you wish to study a printed version of the report, you can do so by visiting our office, while the electronic version is available here. Report is available in Latvian.
